2022 Ballard Canyon Grenache. CCOF Certified Organic Kimsey Vineyard Grenache + 8% Organic Kimsey Vineyard Syrah. Grenache was 100% Destemmed. Fermented in an open top tank after 5 day cold soak. Twice daily pumpovers/punchdowns. 15 months in neutral French oak. Blended with the Syrah and bottled unfined and unfiltered in February of 2024.
